New Horizon Cleaning Services is a socially responsible business that believes in giving back to the communities in which we operate and playing our part in protecting the environment.

Social mobility policy. Our social mobility policy is centred on supporting the most vulnerable members of the communities in which we operate through the following initiatives:

• We work with councils in our local area to provide work opportunities to people on low wages and those who are claiming benefits due to lack of employment opportunities. 
• We offer free tailored in-house training support to our prospective staff to help them to build new skills that will enable them to work, earn and become self-sufficient.
• We work with elderly people in our local area to provide them with guaranteed domestic cleaning services. 

Environmental policy. Our aim is to play our part in protecting the environment in which we operate. We understand that this a shared responsibility and every small effort will contribute to the wider efforts to combat the effects of climate change on our planet. Our policy is centred on the following initiatives:

• We source our cleaning materials and equipment from reputable suppliers who meet certain environmental safety standards.
• We follow all the prescribed rules relating to the disposal of cleaning liquids and other detergents which could be harmful to plants and animals.
